I have a 5-year integrated degree in law (B.Com.LL.B.{Hons.}) from Panjab University, Chandigarh. A lot of people have got their degree assessed from WES and it does not show a professional degree as assessed by IQAS. What kind of assessment have people received? I am in a bit of a hurry to apply for the EE as I plan to study in Canada on a student visa in Jan and I was hoping to start the process for EE in September itself and that is possible only if I get it done from WES. What are your views on the assessment and is there any way I can claim 135 points for a professional degree despite the assessment of WES. Even a double bachelor's degree with 128 points would work. My CRS is around 464 with 128 points for the degree. If WES shows my degree as only a Bachelor's then I would come down to around 430 points.
