I have applied today through VFS Hyderabad.
Please try to evaluate my profile with your goodself
I'm a recent graduate in Aerospace !
10-86
12-81.2
B.tech-60.95
Ielts-6.5 (L-7, s-6 r-6 w-6.5)
Paid 1st semester,took and paid GIC and have 2.5 lakhs in savings account
have an offer from Humber college for project management
I'm obliged for your replies !!

U have good grades bro..
in school..

btech is also decent..
ielts is just as much they require..
fees good.. gic done.. plus some more money on the side..

Only thing is - the course chosen does not seem to be in logical progression of ur past studies..
this course is offered to ppl with IT backgrounds..

Moreover, ur btech was in aerospace.. then it wud have been better to choose a course in the aerospace area only..
apart from that, all looks good from here brother..

Senior members may guide more..

I have prepared a Strong SOP and moreover the project management I have opted is general for every engineering...
Humber college is offering this program for every common engineering not for IT alone !!

But to be even safer u could go for an aersospace course.. otherwise a strong SOP shall help..

According to my Personal assessment if your SOP doesn't Satisfy the Visa Officer...

He is going to Reject this Application for Course Mismatch :)

This reply has nothing to do with your SOP or anything but just to tell you that never ever share your SOP in public. This act might get hurdles in your way because anyone can copy it from here.

So try avoid such actions. All the best :)

Wat were the quoted reasons for rejection????
 
I got rejection for Jan 2014 for Dalhousie University :(.. the reason of refusal:your proposed stdies r nt reasonable in light of 1 or more of: ur qualifications, previous stdies, employment , level of establishment, language abilities, or ur future propects and plans.
I got admission in dalhousie UNI for M.engg in internetworking. my profile is B.E (E&C) 58% (10 backlogs with repeatation) and an year gap during U.G means B.E completed in 5 years. IELTS- 6.5 (min 6 in each),also my final year project was on networking and I have also submitted a certificate from a private institute of N+, CCNA, MCSE where I have done training of these networking courses .. sufficient funds shown, but SOP was very poor... applied under university category.. now how to resolve this issue with this profile?? plz guide me, I am desparately looking for help on this as I want to re-apply soon for the same intake..
