It's fine if you don't update your express entry profile.
Test results depend upon factors such as test conditions and mental conditions on the day of your test, so it is very likely that you may achieve a higher or lower score in new tests. Many people have taken many attempts at IELTS and their scores have varied throughout their journey before they could get the optimum scores.
Do not update your test results as you already have a good CRS and will probably get an ITA in the next draw.
This will not result in lying or misrepresentation. You did give an exam and you did achieve a certain score on that exam on that particular day and no one even god can take it away from you!

Thanks for the reply i'm worried because one of the messages i got after submitting the profile had this;
Keep your information up to date
You must make sure that the information in your profile stays true and accurate at all times. If
your situation changes (for example,
you get a new language test, have a baby, or start a new
career), you must update your profile.
WARNING: If we invite you to apply for permanent residence, you will need to show proof of
the information you gave us in your Express Entry profile. Your application for permanent
residence will be refused if the information in your Express Entry profile is not true or cannot
be verified. Untrue claims may result in you being barred from Canada for five years.
If we find that you misrepresented yourself (gave us false information or
left out important
details), we will refuse your application. You could also:
- be barred from entering Canada for at least five years,
- have a permanent record of fraud with IRCC, or
- be charged with a crime.
