Latest Credit card Charged & Current Date for applications check

Our questions are not being answered or answers are lost in most times, regarding latest credit card being charged.

I application is received on Nov 13 under NOC 0113
, hence, is my application amont the current CIC Cap update? (MI review)

Also, any one applied in November has his Credit card charged?
