Dear Quorax,

I want to know all those who have made Updation & till date (More
than 3 1/2 years have passed on), whether CIC New Delhi may have
checked the files in details.

as i have Updated Documents in late 2008 allocated marks to each
section. i also recieved Ontario Pilot Backlog Project Invitation &
forwarded all my documents to them but till date i have not got any
invitation from them.

So can you please throw some light with your background knowledge as
what is the outcome of all those who have updated in 2008 from New
Delhi.

In next hearing what will be the output whether it will be class
action or lead management case. what can you predict from all these
about the future of litigation.

In India there was huge protest against prime minister visit. but
don't know what will happen in future about us.

Hi Kaushik,

There is a news that visa officers are manually checking old files and entering caips code for seldec. I dont know how much is this true. But that reflects in caips only when they update their systems.May be after a few weeks after seldec is entered in paperfiles. So now we are left with no clue.
I think your ontario invitation was another mistake by CHC. As far as I know most of the applicants selected for PNP backlog reduction programme were with not updated applications. Since points were allocated I hope you were lucky and your application will not be terminated.

my noc was 2174 therefore they had send me invitation.

One employee of CHC NEW DELHI confirming that

CIC is trying to settle PRE-2008 Backlog cases in out side Federal court before announcing new Immigration law for Canadian immigration.

they did more meetings with Honorable Mr. Justice Barnes and lawyers excluding TIM in this aspect.

almost 80 % settlement has been done among the personalities,further they will settle under "case management" means only safe those applicants only who files cases.

they have also calculated all cases filed in federal court they are almost 5000 to 7000.

If you have any clue of this employee try to ask him about updated cases in newdelhi . That will solve a lot of questions.

Even if Lawsuit successed, CIC can't appeal as justice Barnes has canceled that request. his decision will be final.
