I checked my notes but all those things are blank what that meaning? why their is no date or information on that also my case is on final step I am waiting for PPR.

i DON'T KNOW WHY THOSE LINE ARE BLANK. WHEN DID YOU DO YOUR MEDICAL? AND UNDER WHAT CATEGORY DID YOU APPLY? IF YOU HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR A VERY LONG TIME THEN TRY SENDING A CSI. ALSO KEEP IN MIND THERE COULD BE A LONG DELAY DUE TO STRIKE.

in my GCMS notes that I got in Aug 2013 it says PAPER FILE
OFFICE:NEWDELHI
LOCATION:REG-2014-Q1 what it means?

and also in my eligibility section it says VERSION :2010-06

CONDITIONAL:

but in my previous GCMS notes that I got in DEC 2012 didn't mentioned the above changes

what is the reason of these changes ? plz help me

CONDITIONAL: it is hidden, probably they r investigating some of ur papers, docs, certificate S.16(1)

my medical done in Oct 2012 and under the category FSW-1, medical will be expire in last week of Oct 2010. If my case is delay by strike can I get extension for another year or what will happen after medical expire.

Medica is valid for only one year. They will send you another medical request once it expired. what does it say under assessment of your GCMS note?

--- IMM5744E - Consent For An Access To Information And Personal Information Request

I have till Date, NOT received any information from CIC on the GCMS / CAIPS Notes

My Dilemma

Recently I came across another Form for requesting GCMS / CAIPS Notes
--- IMM5563 - Access To Information And Personal Information Request

My Questions
==========

1. To obtain GCMS / CAIPS Notes, is required to submit both the Forms - IMM5563 and IMM5744E?
2. If Yes, then is it possible to submit IMM5563 now, which was left out during the initial submission on 23 JUN 2013? And how to submit?
3. If the above (1 and 2) are NOT possible, should I raise a Fresh Request, by including both the Forms - IMM5563 and IMM5744E?

Please enlighten.
