Latest CAIPS / GCMS notes forms and how to order?

i recieved my 2nd gcms notes today but interestingly nothing is changed expect assign in and by updated officer.No due dates. Due dates for my medical was last years as same in my last gcms notes which was 11/10/2011.Don't know when will i recieve my medicals

Hi!

That means there is no activity on your application. You have to wait unfortunately. Due date they put is an approximate date of one year after receiving PER / AOR. There is no guarantee you will get medicals or complete medicals by that date. Looks like Jan 2013 will bring good news for you when the new quota will be allotted but always keep your fingers crossed. Thanks

You do need a paypal account for this or "you can be a paypal guest if you only want to use credit card for this purpose". In any case your credit card should be from list of countries where paypal works. Unfortunately there are some countries like Bangladesh and Pakistan etc where paypal doesn't work so if you have a credit card from such country you can't pay by this method. It will be ok for India but not for other countries where paypal doesn't work that is why I suggested google checkout. Hope you understand..Thanks

Please suggest, I have applied for CAIPS Notes but upon Initially submission I got 1 file# and then on 2AOR i got 2nd File # but UCI is the same.
Logging into Ecase 2nd File# dosent show anything.
1st File # & UCI shows in Process.

So when I apply for CAIPS notes which file# to give. Should I have the 2nd file# or the UCI number....Please advice....

Did you order your notes through a 3rd party service ? I am in Canada and ordered mine directly from CIC because it's free this way

Use UCI number and you can use any file no i-e first or 2nd AOR. But its better to use 2nd AOR (file number that was given by London visa office). Thanks

Can any one help/clarify in filling the forms to get the CAIPS information.
I filled the case in May -2005 (Islamabad),
1. Case transferred by CHC (Islamabad) to UK- LONDON in Sept - 2010, for further process.
Pls adv. what should I write in the Name of the Office and the location of Office in the forms
IMM 5475 (12-2004)E and IMM 5563 (05-2012)E.
2. There is no choice of CAIPS or GCMS is given in the forms.
3. In form IMM 5563 (05-2012) section B - which one should mark Electronic Files or Physical Files
4. Principal applicant should fill the forms only or wife + children also requir ?

Please reply urgently as I have to send these information to my relative in CANADA.

As you mentioned I need to use 2nd AOR # but practically when I enter the same file # to check my ecase it does log in but when enter my UCI number it stats in Process.

I confused wether to give UCI # OR 2nd aor # for my caips notes.

Hi!

Form IMM5563 asks for file no so give 2nd aor file no. Its ok if you can't sign into ecas with that fil no, it was same problem in my case.

UCI no will be used in filling IMM5475 in no.4 where it asks client identification ID

so be careful in filling the forms. Also if you pay online $5 with credit card you will have to fill receipt and it also asks client ID where you need to put UCI no.

1. NAme of office = CHC London, Location of office = London,Uk
2. They will order the best for you most probably you will get CAIPS as you are old applicant
3. Tick electronic files and then tick status of application then enter your file no and then location of your visa office i-e London,UK

4. You need to fill just one IMM5563 and a consent form from you and your wife.
