2nd page, ending lines, there is due date

Strangely enough, 2nd page shows that the next due date on 2014/03/13 along with the note on the last page that "Foss shows nothing adverse, SelDec entered on condition that applicant's wordbook, diploma, reference letter confirm stated education and experience. Crim entered " and still no headway regarding my case. It's not clear for me what "SelDec" means and what means phrase "on condition". "Eligibility" and "Criminality" are shown as passed

SelDec means selection decision, as far as I understand the same as eligibility decision. On condition means in case all the supporting documents mentioned are in place and are genuine.

what does sec 15(1) sec 19(1) as it says in notes that FOSS check nothing adverse found on both applicant and spser and then there are four five line missing ( hidden) and note continues and on the top right corner above stated (sec 15(1) sec 19(1)) are mentioned

As i m getting worried ad the notes in oct also had securtiy secrning in sub activity

And the current notes from where i m gettimg the points and asking questions are ones i recived on 15 march and the last activity in my file wad in jan 2014

Please please explain i would v

nekeol, suppose, i passed Security check, will it be disclosed in my next GSMC, particularly all information which was rubbed out last time will be evaluable to see

then the info will be not rubbed and in GCMS summary Security will be Passed same like Eligibility Passed

Could you elaborate one more thing...what's the difference between (written PAPPER FILE HISTORY) PRU PA - ACTION (today's status) and PRU PA - PPS (old status). As i understood PA - means PUT AWAY, PRU - i assume is office indication but what means PPS and ACTION respectively?

PPS In my opinion related to Security, now when security passed then for action means Medical and PPR next step, good signal

Honestly, no idea how to change my profile settings in way to show my timeline. Can only say that currently i'm undergoing though Visa office Moscow RU (Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program) , with the Federal file number from 05.03.2013 - it means it's passed more than 13 months since one. That's my major concern cos' on a CIC web page it's said that whole process for Moscow VO takes 13 month on avarage whereas in me case i haven't receives and passed Medicine yet

ur case will take more time as u r in Moscow. anyhow how VO has to verify all the documents while MNP is not responsible for the same. MNP just checked ur docs and issued Nominee status but still VO has to verfiy and make sure for all the documents. it may take more time in Russia due to Russian security issues.
