Could you please guide me-How to order latest caips if we have relative in canada?

IMM5563E form from my relative
& IMM5744E form form me.........is these two forms enough to order CAIPS....?

Then only consent form is needed.No need of IMM5563E. My relative will apply online ...

yes.... he will also attach his PR/passport scan copy and will pay the fee of 5$....

I have one question here, is it necessary for my brother to attach his passport copy as well while ordering GCMS notes?
My brother already ordered GCMS notes on my behalf and he attached only my consent form. Would there be a prob without passport copy of my brother?

read the instructions carefully. I think the last time I got GCMS for our friend I did not have to provide my ID as I had previously placed a request. Just double check instructions as they may have changed.

My brother already ordered GCMS notes without uploading his passport copy/pr card copy/utility bill copy. Now should I ask my brother to email the missing documents?

We still don't have our GCMS Notes until now. It's already 46 days from the date of request. We already sent 3 follow up emails but only got automated replies. No notice of delay or whatsoever....

What should we do? It's so frustrating... :'( :'( :'(

I have received my GCMS note with a due date of 30/12/2013 under paper file application assignment. Can this date be brought forward again? The note at the bottom of my GCMS file was updated by my visa officer on the 31/12/2013 and there were no issues raised, although my application is currently under review. Thanks.
