Late visa

I applied for study permit for 1year course on 6th November 2019.and my application was approved on 25th January. My college gave me deadline of 11th January 2019. now college is denying to accept me for January intake as well as they are telling that may 2019 is also full.

Option 1
And by chance if i get admission in other course in may 2019 then will ircc give any objections?

Option 2
if i get admission in same course of sept 2019 and go to Canada by the 2nd week of july or in August 2019 then will ircc give any objections? as my study permits was for January intake.

Option 3
I get admission in other course in September 2019 and i go to Canada by 2nd week of July 2019 or in August 2019 then will ircc give any objections?as my study permits is for January intake.

Option 4
Different college difference course for may 2019.

Different college difference course for September 2019.

You can go for same clg and defer your admission to sep 2019 .
You can also take admission in any othr clg for May/sept 19 IRCC won't ask for clarification
You visa is valid.
The best option would be be take admsn in same clg for nxt cmng intake and get a deffred offr lettr frm clg

My visa is from January 2019 to 30 December 2019.And now my college has mailed a form to my agent by filling that form college will issue an offer later for September.Basically my visa expires in December 2019 and my course will be continued to April 2019 because its 8 month course from September 2019.
So, will ircc give any objections? if no
Then i have to extend my study permit.
What are the options for that.
1. Extend from india??
2. Extend after going there??
3. Apply for new visa??
I dont know what is good. Please suggest me.
