Hi there
I received an email from Canadian Embassy regarding sending passports to issuing visitor visa for me and my wife. on Oct. 25. They has given us 30 days time to send the passports. I missed that email and now it is Dec. 4th. What is going to happen. What should I do? Please somebody advise!

Send the passports today or tomorrow with a letter explaining that you missed the email.

Also respond to the email immediately and let CIC know you missed the email (and that you are sending the passports now).

You're just a few days over and it should still be OK if you hurry and submit your passport immediately.

Thank you so much.
The email I received is : "noreply @cic.gc.ca"
Where I have to send my email?
Thanks

Look up your country of residence here, and then follow the link to the visa office's page. There will be links to a web form for that visa office, or their email address:

Alternatively, you can also send a case specific enquiry, but IMO, it will be quicker if you contact the visa office directly, as your case has some urgency:

As scylla said, submit your passport ASAP to VFS/VAC with a hard copy of the letter of explanation of the late submission, in addition to this email.
