Late PGWP application. Will it be refused?

Hello guys.

So I applied for PGWP 14 minutes late. It was the last date that my student visa expired and I applied for the PGWP on that day at 9:14 pm at night.
The thing is when I submitted my application, it was 00:14 am UTC. I thought it would be okay if my local time was still before midnight.

Now, I am waiting for the final decision of IRCC. Will it be refused bc I was late like 14 minutes?
Technically I was out of status for 14 minutes when I applied for the pgwp.

I am concerned about this.

Hi I am in similar situation but for work permit extension. Applied work permit on 1st feb evening but shows as received date for 2nd feb. Can you please tell did you received any interim work letter during that period?

I did not receive the interim work letter but I got the PGWP later.

My student work permit was expiring on 4th Feb and I applied for a PGWP on 29th Jan and I got a Job as a Media Analyst on 30th Jan. After getting my 3 pay slips I raised a web form stating that I have a job and submitted my job offer letter along with 3 pay stubs. Also, my spouse applied with me simultaneously on 29th Jan. Anyone has been in a similar situation or has any idea what happens in this...I am still on Implied status and waiting for my PGWP.

Current PGWP processing time is 140 days. Going by that, you're likely to get your PGWP approved in Mid-June if not earlier/later. The current labour disruption could affect this too.
