2nd september i am not sure if they ddnt dispatched passport in this week how they will in that half day they are checking us. Government holidays are from 31aug-4sep

Government and embassy holidays are different. Dont know what you are arguing about here. The embassy will be working though on 2nd september.

It's not useless. It'll be a working day for the embassy so that might lead to stamping of some visas of people around here

My brother applying for student visa in winter session. when he submit all the forms he has to submit the passport too or later.
is there any fee too?
