Hi everyone, I am applying for my wife's inland Canada class spousal sponsorship. Done with filling up all the applications and required documents are ready to go as well.

Now i am totally confused as how i should organize the application and required documents!! I do know the sequence that's mentioned in cic website. Just to get clarification,
  1. I am using binder clips for all separate forms and required documents. That should be fine i guess ?
  2. Some of the required document doesn't have any title on it (My work benefit letter doesn't have any title on it, just all the benefits explained with my name and shows my wife as my dependent). I want to add some interac transfer email copies as well, which again doesn't have titles. So should i add a cover letter for each of the documents ? Or i should keep it just it is ?
  3. My wife holds dual passport. One of her passport still shows her ex husband's name as spouse. Will that be a problem ? We are providing the divorce certificate though.

Thanks so much everyone for helping me out!

First of all binder clips are not allowed. Use paper clips or rubber bands which i am going to do as well.
To be legitimate the letters should have letter heads If you are stuck i wd include an explanation letter. This i snot a joke. To satisfy immigration that what you are doing is LEGAL. May be some one can shade light. i would use the passport that uses to come to canada.Do not send an expired passport . check country specific requirements. Not sure why you should send two passports as one of the forms requires you to fill her past details about marriages, ?

Sorry did not notice
Can then help me on this .

having said this, i was going to put the whole package in big envelope, and in two weeks. Common law spouse sponsorship
the bulky details as bank statements proofs of living together etc i will put a rubber band to keep them together.
I will follow the guideline of the documents checklist. I also notice that bar codes go after the document check list. Followed by open work permit check list with the supporting documents and then imm 5710 which application for open work permit then the bar codes and the fees paid. and follow all the steps per doc check list. put an over all rubber band to hold all together.

does this make sense sir? please read and help

No need for rubber bands unless it's to hold a pack of pictures together, they basically want a stack of paper that is easily accessible

Can you help me think

Now sir eimm 5669 question

please read with me and help follow this logic

Guide says

You must do the following when submitting a paper version of the form with your initial application:

* in the signature section, type the name of the person for whom the form is being filled out. also enter the date that form is being filled out ( to validate the form these fields are to be inserted in the computer)
* validate the form
* Print the form
* Sign your name by hand ( Note For principal applicants underage of 18, a parent or legal guardian must sign the form on the dependent child's behalf)

This tells me that after computer signing meaning writing her name per passport, after printing it, she must also sign the form manually in the same box as the typewritten name and the sign will be same as per passport?

IS THIS YOUR UNDERSTANDING???

CALL CENTER WAS NOT HELPFUL
SHE SAYS U DONT NEED TO ALSO SIGN AFTER PRINTING OUT AND I AM NOW CONFUSED.
I BELIEVE SHE IS WRONG.

IMPORTANT NOTE SAYS IN THE GUIDE :

IF THE FORM IS NOT SIGNED AND DATED PER THESE INSTRUCTION IT WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

ANOTHER NOTE says :

NOTE: A TYPED SIGNATURE WITHOUT AN ACCOMPANYING HANDWRITTEN SIGNATURE WILL ONLY ACCEPTED IF THE FORM IS UPLOADED THROUGH ONLINE ACCOUNT....( BUT I AM NOT SENDING VIA ONLINE ACCOUNT) means we should also sign the form after manually printing it.

Don’t forget to back up the entire application on computer - in case they lose the paper version you’ll have to send it again. Ask me how I know...
