Either way the applicant should have his medical and PCC done before submitting the application. The sponsor doesnt require a medical or police clearance.

thanks cdarroch...I've organized things in a similar fashion, although our supporting docs envelopes will be based on chronological order - based on our written timeline which gets very detailed - rather than type of supporting document. i.e. we have an envelope each for pre-dating, dating, engagement, wedding, etc.

I think your organization is def. logical and easy to follow so I wouldn't worry much.
