don't worry it is received as DHL use third party to deliver in Nova Soctia so most of time name not displayed online. Mail DHL with airway bill they will give you all details and name of person also.

If you can find out who DHL is partners with in Canada then you can use the same DHL tracking number on the partner's website and find out who signed for your application.
For example, my brother sent my application from USA to Canada using USPS. USPS uses Canada post for mails in Canada. Therefore I used the same tracking number that USPS gave him on Canada post website and it tells me that my application was received and signed by someone.
