Last date to submit application

Hi All,

my consultant informed me that, 20th December 2014 is the last date to apply for FSW 2014 (non-express entry program).

Need advice, if any information on this news.

I am waiting for my IELTS score and result will be decelerated on 19th December, which likely to be deliver on after 21st. In this case 20th is the last date to submit application online or to submit hard copy to CIC.

It's really tight, and depends on from where you send your package. Even with the best courier, 2~3 working days required to deliver.

The last date is Dec 31st 2014 & in one of the notice it is written April 2015 but you take it as Dec 31st and send your package ASAP via a reputed courier like UPS, DHL or FEDEX. From where are you applying & in which NOC ?

You're welcome. Just send the application as soon as you get the IELTS result. I've sent mine through DHL from India.

Would you mind asking for the IELTS Score? as I am currently preparing about IELTS & expecting to get very good band score & last but not the least when you have sent the documents by courier?

My score was not that good but somehow managed to score 7.5 band overall. My application was received on Oct 09th 2014.

CIO will work on 27th to 31 st dec. It is confirmed by them in their Schedule and by a lot of forumites in other topics. So no worries abt them. The problem is that courier companies have holidays during that time and be sure that they will not deliver the package in their promised time. I don't believe them as I had faced this problem many times. Better to send the application b4 18th, only then you have a chance. Don't believe the courier services.....just send your app early as possible.
