last date of registration at sherisan college..plz help

Hi every one....can any one tell me that what is the" last registration date" means....on my sheridan college offer letter they mentioned the last registration date which is 12 sept 2012....what its means....and is there any need to take photocopy of college offer letter when we arrived at college.....plzz any body help me... Thanks
