last 5 yrs income tax assessments?

Applying in April for PR card. I will not have received income tax assessment yet for 2012 at time of application. Document list asks for assessments for last 5 years. but only last 4 yrs would have been received . How should I deal with this dilemma?

As you don't have 2012's you send the previous 4 years then if you only "landed" less than 5 years ago.

I landed many years ago, but this is my first PR card application. If they are only looking at the last 5 yrs before applying, April 2008 thru April 2013, can I just send 2008, 09, 10, 11 and note attatched that 2012 has been filed, but tax assessment not yet received??
