Last 10 years travel details to be furnished - ITA (Help Needed)

Hello everyone,

Firstly, congratulations to all those who have received the much awaited ITA.
I was filling up the application after receiving the ITA and i realized that we are expected to provide details of last 10 years travel including vacation, business trips etc.
We have to provide the date , country, city/region of travel.
My previous job involved extensive travel and unfortunately, i dont have a track of all my travel for the last 10 years.
Though, i have passports stamped with dates, there are several pages where stamps are overlapped and its difficult to keep track.

Can anybody pls. let me know if we will need to provide exact date and city of travel, how serious an offence would missing out on any travel details .

It's the burden on the applicant to provide the true and complete details. If you don't remember everything then draft a letter stating the same and also specify the dates are approximate.
