I have small clarification around language test report for Express entry, if we have same English test result twice, do we need to produce latest test result report to IRCC?...

All you have to do is to give the results of your IELTS score along with the TRF number on your test form or you can request is from the test center you did the exams from!

Thanks for your reply... Actually my query was, I had given my Celpip exam attempt 2 times, in my second attempt I scored less than my 1st attempt. Please advise whether I can create express entry profile with my 1st attempt test result report, reason for this ask is just want to understand will IRCC ask me to submit my latest result report...

You can submit any result whether it’s the first or second as long as the result is still valid

Interesting, I do not see Educational Transcript Tab. You are applying in which stream?
