My spouse's language test expires Jan. 15, 2016. If i apply for PR around Jan. 10 would they refuse it since it is five days before the expiration date?
If your spouse is the principal applicant, then it is recommended that your spouse needs to re-take ielts. but if your spouse is not the principal applicant then should be no problem
