Language test for citizenship application

Hello.

I would like to know if there is a certain score that you need to pass when doing the test and applying for citizenship.
I have a near perfect score at 12 12 10 12.. (celpip)
However my wife's score is much lower, so i was wondering if there is like a certain threshold that you need to pass in the language test in order to apply.

For CELPIP she needs a score or 4 or higher in listening and speaking. If she did IELTS then she needs 4.5 or higher in listening and 4.0 or higher in speaking. For citizenship they don't care about writing and reading scores.
