Language skills "In process" for months..

Hi, I have three things, in process ,on my application "language skills", "physical presence", and "prohibitions". I should have all of these things per the guidelines, why are they still in progress? For reference, my citizenship test and background verification have shown "completed" since early June 2021.

any ideas as to why these other things are not completed?

I applied in June of 2019 and am exempt from language and the test because of my age. Those items never said complete. prohibition and physical presence changed to complete last month. My oath is scheduled for this month.
