Hi,

I finished several college courses in Canada and they are all in English. Does it count as a transcript although I'm not yet finished in college?

Pardon me but you just contradicted your own statement here, you 1st said that you had finished many College courses here in Canada, then later you say "not yet finished in college?"
So which is it, did you finish or not the College courses in Canada ?

I haven't graduated yet. That's what I mean

So, I would imagine if you have not graduated, you don't have a transcript.
