Language Requirement for OINP - International Students Stream - Paper Based; Non express Entry

Hello everyone,
I would like to inquire about Language requirement for PAPER BASED application as Provincial Nominee under NON EXPRESS ENTRY STREAM.
Recently, I have received nomination from Ontario under International students stream.
Now, i will apply for federal PR. My job title comes under NOC 0.
Do I need to give Ielts test or Am I exempt????

You do not need the language test under NOC 0. The requirement for the test will be applied for those who are under NOC C or D. Cheers

I received an OINP nomination in the International Student Stream in Jan 2024. It expires on 3 July 2024.
Applied for federal non-express entry PR in Jan 2024.
My file was returned on 29 April 2024 as I did not submit the original (non-translated Birth Certificate) and only submitted the translated one.
My IETLS expired in Mar 2024 which I used for OINP and non-express.
I took IELTS again in May 2024, but have 5.5 bands in one module with an overall 7.
Should I give IELTS again to get 6 each or can I use my new IELTS to apply again in non-express PR through OINP International Student?

Please advise.
