Language Proof Citizenship Appliaction

Is the IELTS exam I did when I submitted my PR application can be used as a language proof?
I passed this 4 years ago!

Yes it can be used as language proof of applying citizenship.

I only have a copy of the test? The original copy was sent when we submitted our pr application.
Would a copy will be ok ?
