They DO ACCEPT score from LINC! I am saying this from my own, very recent, experience!!!

He is talking about TOEFL which is not accepted by CIC. He didn't say anything about LINC

They don't accept TOEFL results and neither do they take a score from LINC even if it is way

Oh well, yes they don't accept TOEFL neither do they accept a LINC score...I said just the score. They need a certificate that you attended LINC classes to get an acceptable LINC score. All this is free of cost. Yes, but getting an initial score from LINC (free) is not enough. You need the first score, then you need to attend the classes and be retested. And you need to get the certificate...

So yes, just a LINC score (I got a 10+) and this was useless for the purpose of citizenship.
