Thank you for your reply. I have applied to Langara Collage. So do you think there is no chances for me get into this intake? My status was updated today.

When the college has only updated your status to 'refused-program full', I think they mean it and you can't go for Jan 2020. Btw, PDD in Web Development is a limited enrollment program of only 32 students and these kinda programs get filled very fast at Langara. I had to apply in March for Jan 2020 intake for PDD accounting at Langara!
