Landing Without Crossing or flag pol for Outland applicant

Does anyone have any idea " Doing landing without flag pole or crossing boarder by getting appointment with local CIC office to do landing formalities for outland applicant ?" if applicant is already in canada on trv ? Does anyone know how and from where to get this information ?

Yes, if you and your spouse are already in Canada, you can make an appointment at the CIC to land without leaving the country. It doesn't matter if you applied outland or inland. http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/helpcentre/answer.asp?qnum=748&top=22
