Landing, which other documents to take ?

Dear

I will be short landing with passport, copr, proof of funds, B4 GAL and GTF, Address in canada, photos

Is there any other documents we need to carry, originals or copies for ex.
Birth certificates
National ID cards of native country
Academic Degrees & Certificates etc

This is keeping in mind that we are landing for 2 month and wont be seeking job etc .. just need PR card and SIN . . .

So I have never driven in Canada. Can i just show up with my drivers license/IDP and rent a car?
