Landing Vancouver Douglas POE - no car

Hi guys,

I just received my COPR and I would like to finish my landing soon, although I don't have a car. Did anyone landed with no car at Douglas, BC POE ??
If yes please share your experience.

I landed at the Douglas crossing beginning on May, but not on foot. However, I crossed the line at that crossing
on foot MULTIPLE times and it's a super easy crossing, plus the park on the US side is a nice place to hang out.
Walk across, go to US immigration, get your refusal notice, stop at the park and then go back to the Canadian border
to complete the landing. The time you will spend walking will not be more than 15 minutes ( from office to office ).
If you get down there by bus, you might walk a little longer, but it's doable.
