I have planned a trip to Seattle and would like to take bus from Seattle (WA, USA) to Vancouver. It is possible to go through landing process with my COPR at the Canadian boarder by bus instead of by air?
Looking forward to your suggestions.

Assuming your stuff is still behind, just declare it all on Goods to Follow.

I would confirm with the company you're riding with they'd actually wait -- there's a difference between the wait in going through the border for visiting/returning versus immigrant services like landing.

I'm more inclined to believe they won't wait unless your landing experience is impeccable and quick, which is not something you can guarantee for them.

Thanks for your prompt response. It looks that airplane is a better solution. Thanks a lot!

The bus probably won't wait, but you just get on the next one. There is a Quick Shuttle every 2 or 3 hours.

My husband landed by bus at the Ft. Erie crossing. He was done very quickly and boarded the same bus again. As PMM said, if it takes too long you just hop on the next bus.

For what it's worth, Amtrak may be another option. They have two trains per day from Seattle to Vancouver with stops in White Rock and Surrey on the Canadian side. You can de-train in Blaine (at the border), go through the landing formalities, and depending on your final destination, take a cab from there to your final destination or have someone meet and pick you up at the border.
