What was your PR visa expiry date? How many days you had before you could land in Canada once you got COPR?

However, I am trying to reply.
I have sponsored my husband who will be landing next month.
I am on PR here in Canada and eligible to sponsor my husband.
It took 8 months for CIC, Abu Dhabi office to clear my file.
CIC gave upto December 31, 2015 to land in Canada.
This date depends on medical validity.
My husband submitted medical again hence the validity extended to December 31, 2015.

If you're brining in Canadian dollars, euros, rubles, US dollars, etc etc atc, and when COMBINED equal (when converted) more than $10,000 Canadian, it must be declared.
I've also seen them treat a gold bar as currency, so factor that in too.
