Hi

My partner will be landing in Canada in August!!!

What kind of questions do they ask at the border before they give the visa? Do they do a big interview or something?

Nope, just 3 questions if I remember correctly: Have you committed any crimes, have you ever been refused admission, and do you have any dependants. They also checked his address.

Since you're already a PR, usually it's the address of your spouse, contact number, where you got married? Nothing that you cannot answer :-)

For us it was only:
1 Who sponsored you?
2 What address will you live at?

Then "Welcome to Canada".

Do you have to prove your current address or can you just give them the address which you are both living at when applying for the application?

Hi guys, I am also landing on 9th August.. Can someone tell what documents should i have with me in case they wanna check? Any forms? Not sure what that form abt things u are carrying is

My husband had his B4 form, goods to follow, passport, copr paper and drivers license. He didn't need to show his license. Everything's else they asked for!

Has anyone else landed recently, please share.

Inland or outland? Outland the questions are written on your COPR. They will also ask the address of where you intend to reside. The questions are in my post above.
