Hi All,

I received my COPR and am considering landing this week in New Brunswick (likely the Woodstock crossing, driving from Massachusetts), staying the weekend, then going back to Massachusetts to tie up some loose ends.. I have a question and I'm wondering if anyone can provide some insight. I am not planning on keeping my car. I paid it off this week but haven't yet received the title from the bank. Once I get the title I was planning on selling it in Massachusetts as my husband and I will only need one car. My question is this: do you think I'll encounter any trouble when landing if I inform them I am not keeping my car and am just using it to transport my stuff up there? Any thoughts on this would be greatly appreciated.

no not at all. it is perfectly acceptable to do your landing at a land border with a car you don't intend to keep in canada. it's a non issue. i wouldn't even bring it up unless they specifically ask you your plans for your car, which is highly unlikely.

PS... GO PATS!!!!!!!!!!
