Landing query after receiving VISA and CoPR. Accommodation pre arrangement?

Dear experts,

With God s grace, I Hav received my stamped passport and CoPR papers. Already booked my ticket last week.
My landing destination would be Toronto.

As we all know that at the time of landing, we have to give some address in canada where we are supposed to be staying during our stay and then PR card comes at that address by post within 8-10 weeks.

Please advice how should I pre arrange that canada accommodation? Obviously I want some good place and affordable rent. I suppose, there must be some tenent contracts and term for about six months. But it's really not easy to get that as I havnt got any friend or relative in canada. Please advice.
