If I am coming to Ottawa via Montreal, preferably after the 3 day hotel quarantine rule expires/scrapped. Where will the landing procedure take place, Ottawa Airport or Montreal Airport. So that i can select a flight with enough layover time for landing process. Thank you.

Still be Montreal. It is the 1st city in Canada that you arrive to.
Thanks for the answer. My connecting flight from Montreal to Ottawa would have a layover of 2.5 hours, is that enough time for Landing process of 2 people. I believe Pearson is busy, but will there be long queue at Montreal.

I don't know but it sounds a little bit tight. You wouldn't be able to sort things out at Ottawa as Montreal to Ottawa is a domestic flight so you would not be subject to CBSA inspection (but you will be at Montreal irrespective of performing landing formalities or not).

The CBSA office is pretty small in Ottawa as it only deals with flights from US, Frankfurt and London so when I used to have to sort things out there, it used to take a very long time.

Sorry to highjack this , so the first airport where I land in Canada is where i am required to take my 3 day quarantine and do my processing ? I was looking of options of landing in Toronto then proceeding to Vancouver and booking a hotel there (Vancouver). This is not allowed ?

the first place you land in Canada is where you have to deal with everything as the next flight is internal so you would not be subject to CBSA scrutiny. But you would need to clear immigration etc. before they would let you near the internal flight.

I know for sure that due to 3 day hotel quarantine rule you won't be allowed to proceed further than the 1st airport (in your case Toronto). If you want you can also drop a query on official twitter handle of Vancouver and Toronto airport. They will confirm it. Try finding a flight directly landing in Vancouver or hopefully the 3 day rule gets scrapped by then. I hear that rule is causing a lot of chaos so finger crossed. Good luck
