landing in Tornto but applying in Alberta

Hello guys

I am landing for the first time and planing to land in Toronto but settle in Alberta.

I want to know can I apply for PR card and SIN card in Alberta while landing in Toronto? Or i have to direct land to Alberta

OR

If I land to Toronto and then move to Alberta by road Or Air how it will be done to complete all procedures

Please guide me

Provide alberta address for pr card while landing in Toronto. You can get sin number in service canada office in alberta. Also apply for health card in registry.

It means that i can apply for health card from Alberta after landing in toronto?

One more question, is it compulsary to apply health card as soon as I land or it can be applied after month or so?
