You can phone the cal centre and make an appt. to land at a Saskatoon.

Actually I called them many times but they put me on hold and then told me all executives are busy. Can you tell whether I have to wait for an appointment to land or I have to wait to get their appointment?

You have to call and the Call Centre will make the appt. Depending on how busy the office is, 2-6 weeks wait.

I just landed in Saskatoon immigration office last month. I called and had an appointment three days later. It takes about 10 minutes. Good luck!!!
