Hi,

I am planning to do my landing from India in mid Jan and then come back in a couple of days. I would like to know if the immigration would trouble me on my return since I don't have my PR card yet (PR card would take 2-3 months I believe). Or they would be OK if i mentioned that I came here for landing.

Also does any one know if i need a transit visa in london if I dont hold the PR card but have my COPR. Please confirm.

CoPR is not a travel document.
If you are traveling to Canada by plane, train, bus, you need to use a travel document, which can be your multiple-reentry visa.
If you travel by Road from US to Canada, you do not need a travel document, and CoPR should be OK enough for you to enter Canada.
But since you have not landed yet, you can use your CoPR just for landing.
