Landing in CIC Vancouver office

I live in Vancouver and need to do the landing. I was wondering if anyone recently tried to land in CIC office in Vancouver. How much was the waiting time? I have to decide if land in the border or make an appointment.

I landed yesterday in the evening at Pacific Crossing (much calmer than Peace Arch). It was very nice and fast

Great! Did they ask for proof of fund during landing? What kinda document besides COPR and passport they asked for?
