Landing in Canada

We have just received our Permanent visas (skilled workers) and need to land in Canada by August. We will be In Canada for around 3 weeks initially and then back to UK to finish up affairs.
We have several questions:
1.Can we land in Montreal even though we intend to love in Ottawa. We have family we would like to visit in Montreal for a few days before we travel to Ottawa. Our intended residency was Ottawa.
2. Which documentation do we need to provide in order to do this?
3. The PR card will not have arrived before we leave Canada so how do we get back in at a later date?
4. Will our normal travel insurance cover us for medical or do we need to purchase additional insurance locally.
5. Where do we get b4 or B4 a forms from

3. Give address of your friend or relative in Canada. They will collect it and send to you later (Of course it is not advised/ allowed by Immigration Officer. It is at our risk). If you are coming from US by road, no problem, your COPR is enough for re-entry. If flying from other countries, without a PR card, airlines will not permit us to board to fly to Canada.
