Landing in Canada(With PR(CEC)) without Job offer

Hi

I am from India and Looking to land in Canada after getting my PR(CEC) visa stamped. Do i need job offer?
Main Purpose for my visit is to get PR card(before my PR Visa expiry) and visit my friends. I am not planning to move permenantly to canada for another 1 yr due to personal commitments.

You do not need a job offer on hand to do your landing.

How you send your passport to ottawa for stamping visa?

SivaKumar,

Courier's do not accept passport's to be shipped out of India. You can request for stamping @ New Delhi.

Dear Crama I have a question to ask you ( this is definitely out of context for current thread )

I see you applied in 18-April 2013 and got medical in 9-Feb, I guess April applicants started getting their medicals in Dec/early Jan itself.
Why was it delayed in ur case? I am from June 26th 2013, people from Aug 2013 already getting their MR but I have not heard any thing yet you must have went through situation like mine, do you have any suggestions for me?
