Hello,

I will land in Canada on Sunday.

Yesterday I gave my long-time girlfriend a ring - basically she became my fiancee.

From what I read, she should be my conjugal partner or spouse to have to be declared and she is neither. We haven't been living together or anything.

What would be the best course of action?

Regards, John

I see. Of course we're not going to say we plan to get married.

I just thought the whole fiancee thing might be a red flag.

Thanks a lot
