Landing in Canada at Peace Bridge

I wish to land in Canada via the Peace Bridge off Buffalo. Is there a Service Canada center there? I plan to return to US after a spending a day in Canada for landing. I plan to reside in Canada after I get a job.

There's another post here about the Rainbow bridge you may find helpful. From what I heard, it's less busy than the Peace bridge unless there are specific reasons you are considering the Peace one?

I landed at the Peace Bridge a month ago on a Wednesday night at 11 p.m. I was the only person there, no wait whatsoever. I didn't go to any of the nearby service centers, though.
