LANDING IN CANADA ??? -All You Need To Know.

I was just wondering, if a candidate has been selected by Quebec, is it possible for him to land directly in Toronto or Vancouver ? Or does he have to land in Quebec first ?

A QSW needs to land in QC, or have proof of onward travel to QC, if on a connecting flight/flight that touches down in another province first.

CBSA can and do refuse to complete landing procedures if a QSW lands in another province with nothing to show s/he is transiting to Quebec.

My goal is not QC but ON or BC but my chances to get the PR would be significantly higher if i was to apply to QSW instead of FSW...

Having said that, a Permanent Resident can live and work freely anywhere in Canada.

Your call. You wouldn't be the first or last person to do this. I do know it's a cause for concern for both federal & provincial governments, who may, in the future, take action to modify regulations and requirements.

Could you enlighten me about something regarding QSW ? I noticed that there was not much difference in terms of how much points you get between having 1-2 years of work experience, and having none. So is it possible to apply to QSW with no or little work experience (think 3-6 months) given that you're able to get more than 49 points overall ?

They are clearly difference btw an apartment and a condo. For an apartment it is better to rent. Usually condo are purchased, however you can rent from the owner when you land. Also note that for you to purchase a condo or house you need to have a good rent history. Owning a house or a condo requires a lot of procedures.
