There is no need to fill up that form.

PR Card is automatically issued for new permanent residents.

That form is for re-newals/replacements only

Tax returns are filed by Canadians once a year. Usually in the beginning of the year, deadline is normally April 30th of each year.

Any accountant can do it, or you can do it online by yourself.

Dear Jdn,

Some of Ur queries can best be answered this way by me:-

1. Only COPR docs are not enough for travel. You need a valid Passport with the Canadian Visa stamp in Ur PP to travel and land in Canada. DONT WRITE ANYTHING ON IT NOT EVEN SIGNATURE. THAT IS DONE BY THE IMMIG OFFICER UPON FIRST LANDING. Only u need to carry them with you. No COPR no entry perhaps!

2. You can land anywhere. Doesn't matter what u wrote earlier. The first port of entry is usually where landing formalities are done, (Here u r reqd to give a Canadian Address where u will be staying and your PR card is then sent at that address) complete customs, proof of funds etc. Ensure there is a gap of 6-7 hrs between connecting flights.

3. No worries no formalities.

4. See 2 or 3 for and.

Need more help... Then PM me

Best Wishes

Bestpal

Mine was also from Montreal and 2:45 minute gap between the flights. It took me 45 minutes to completely all formalities. You should be ok.

Hi All,

I have noticed that in some health related professions, immunization record for adults is required, which includes
A satisfactory medical exam.
An up-to-date immunization record including tetanus and diphtheria, polio, measles, mumps, rubella, varicella (chicken pox), Hepatitis B (incl. Hep B titre within the last 24 months) and TB skin test.

It is also required for getting traing in health related fields as well.

Anyone has idea how to arrange for such an immunisation record for Adults especially in Gulf.

Kindly advise......
