Leon said:There is no link saying it's allowed and no link saying it's not allowed. However, federal skilled worker is for persons who plan to live outside Quebec so it is only an issue if you try to land in Quebec. Anywhere else is not a problem. If you don't believe this and you are worried about it, contact your visa office or Canadian embassy and ask for advice.

You will pass your landing procedures in Montreal. Please allow for sufficient connection because Montreal is a busy point of entry and there are always queues there.

I would really appreciate if someone can answer my queries -
I have applied for PR within Canada but recently moved to US and have informed CIC about this change so I will be receiving my visa docs (CoRP) in US mailing address
as per my understanding if i do landing now then i have to wait for PR card so that i can travel again which will take around 73 calender days (per site) but I can't wait that long.i have fplans to goto India very soon.So is it ok if I do landing directly from India though i was residing in US? also if someone can share their landing experience from India (like process or docs required) that will be of great help?

To contact CIC from outside Canada can try the same process.
It's as below...
1. Dial 1-613-944-4000
2. It' will say something about foreign Trade. Wait for the message to complete
3. Then it'll will give you the menu options
4. Press "2" for "Immigration or Citizenship or obtaining visas to Canada"
5. Then it' will redirect the call to Immigration department
6. A music will be played until someone picks up your call
I guess you can now enquire and find out what happened to your card....let us know how it went. I assume they will also verify your identity when you call them...so better to have your passport (visa) and COPR handy with you when you call.
rizmayo said:I know the landing has to happen in Montreal as the Montreal-Toronto flight will be domestic. I am looking for someone's personal experience on this sector (the flight, experience they had with immigration, customs, services Canada, etc. and especially if anyone had issues convincing the immigration officer their final destination is not Quebec).
