I am far from this point in the process but I had a question to ask,

If I am granted PR from my 'inland' application, and have to leave/re-enter Canada to activate it, upon re-entering Canada, does my sponsor have to be present? Is this where an interview takes place with the both of us or what is the general procedure?

Thanks

Inland landings are always done at a local CIC office by appointment only, NOT by leaving/re-entering Canada.

For all inland landings, both the applicant and sponsor need to be present.

Inland applicants have to land at their local CIC office. Yes, your spouse should accompany you.

Hi,

I have a question about proof of funds while landing. Do I still need to obtain letters for proof of funding on landing. My spouse works here and I am a student. I am the principal applicant. We live in Canada for a while and well settled, we recently bought a house in Canada too. I am worried that we still need to show proof of funding. I have spend some of the money I showed in my application for my house buying.

Your advise is greatly appreciated

Thanks

No. Funds are irrelevant for family class PR.

We are not family class applicants. We both are in Canada. I am on a study permit and my husband on an open work permit. We applied through provincial nominee program.

Hi @Deva
if you are not family class applicant, then this forum is not for you. This is family sponsorship. PR and Canadian citizen sponsoring wifes or husbands.
Your case will have better answers in http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/provincial-nomination-program-immigration-b6.0/ since every categorie is different :)

Good luck and God bless
